Counter crew member was helping in the back, made eye contact with me 3 times before greeting me (about a 5 minutes wait). Crew member was particularly rude throughout whole transaction - did not thank me, give a polite parting, nothing. Just put my order down and walked away.
Tables in lobby needed attention, but otherwise clean. Manager had to tell rude counter crew to go clean his tables. Decor is dated but in good condition.
